Should any stock (ready-made) item not be everything you hoped for, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Custom orders and fabric yardage are not returnable unless defective in some way or damaged in shipping.
Therefore, please be sure of your measurements when ordering custom made items. (We have helpful instructions for measuring for appliance covers on our how-to-measure page.) Also, orders for custom sewing cannot be cancelled once we have begun work on the items!

We ship by a combination of First Class and Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) for lightweight packages and FedEx ground or Parcel Post for heavier orders. We do ship internationally, but only through the US Postal Service as they offer reliable service and the best rates.
