We ship by a combination of First Class and Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) for lightweight packages and FedEx ground or Parcel Post for heavier orders.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate overnight and express shipping requests.
We do ship internationally, but only through the US Postal Service as they offer the best rates, with no additional brokerage fees. Please note that the US Postal Service discontinued the economical "Surface Parcel Post" shipping option effective May 14, 2007. All international shipments must now go by air mail, which is more expensive. Please contact us for rates! Since the cost of shipping overseas depends largely on the weight of the package being sent, we will need to know what you are planning to order and what country you are in, before we can give you a quote.
An important note regarding shipping: please be sure to provide us with a complete shipping address, when placing your order. We have no way to know if the address you've given us is complete or not. We have occasionally had packages returned to us as undeliverable, because there was no apartment or box number on them, or because there was no mail receptacle (mailbox) at the address. In cases such as these, we will be happy to send the package out again (to a corrected address), but we will have to charge you the actual shipping cost to mail the package again.
